My client, a large organisation based in Milton Keynes are looking for a Team Leader to manage part of there sales teams. The role will be accountable for ensuring the provision of high quality, consistent advice and support administrative activity in a cost effective and efficient way, that positively impacts customer effectiveness, efficiency, and confidence.

Responsibilities
-Monitor and evaluate current performance levels within the team, with a view to identifying ways of improving performance levels
-Manage the provision of timely, consistent support and advice to managers, employees, and external parties ensuring compliance with employment legislation and local policies and good employment practice.
-Coach and develop individual members of the team to ensure they reach their maximum potential and performance
-Lead and develop a Customer Service Delivery team in order to ensure the team meets its objectives.

Experience
-Experience of working within a customer orientated commercial environment
-Good working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
-Experience of delivering related services in a diverse organisation.
-Experience of providing detailed and timely advice.
-An understanding of the role Customer Service Delivery plays and its interactions with other functions
-Demonstrated experience in management of workflow across different channels (telephony / email etc)
-Experience of delivering to customer service targets within a complex environment.
-Able to fully utilise standard Microsoft Office products and the application of Oracle, internal systems and workflow/case management
