Macildowie HR are working with an excellent brand and employee of choice in the East Midlands (commutable from Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire) who are looking for an experience in-house recruiter for a Talent & Acquisition Partner role! We are looking for someone who can join them on a 9 month contract (that may become permanent for the right person). We are looking for a Recruitment professional with experience in-house in end to end recruitment who can build strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to hit the ground running. Experience in-house is essential. The role is paying ?45,000 - ?52,000 + 12% bonus dependant on experience.


The Role
We are looking for a fantastic communicator and an approachable demeanour in order to build relationships with all types of stakeholder's across the business as well as the ability to challenge them on their recruitment needs.
As Talent & Acquisition Partner you will be responsible in supporting line manager with a variety of recruitment and selection activities across the organisation, working on varying roles, or if your experience is in more specialist areas they will be able to accommodate this and put you in a business area that suits your personality and experience.

You will work with middle to senior management to coach and advise employees on recruitment processes and policies and will pro-actively analyse recruitment needs and skills gaps within the business. You will be responsible for the full end to end recruitment life cycle including working with line manager on the brief, advertising roles, sourcing candidates through the company database and via LinkedIn through to managing the interview, assessment and selection process.

You will be actively involved in interviews with managers less capable and will design and deliver training courses to up-skill management with interview questions and assessment centres etc. You will also work closely with the wider Recruitment team to continually review assessment centres and ensure they are fit for purpose. You will get the opportunity to work on a range of other projects also including managing recruitment statistics such as direct hire and time per hire results through to ensuring a positive candidate experience for all prospective employees.


The Candidate
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven in-house recruiter who is passionate about recruitment! Ideally you will have an approachable and friendly character with the ability to challenge and influence key stakeholder's in their recruitment decisions.
A proactive recruitment approach is key in order to attract passive candidates and headhunt through social media.
