A leading manufacturing organisation based in Coventry are looking for an experienced I.T Recruiter to support in end to end recruitment of I.T roles whilst working within a wider Recruitment and HR team in their head office. You will have worked in a similar role in end to end recruitment and have recruited I.T roles previously in either an in-house or agency role. This is a fast paced and high volume role so we're looking for someone who has worked on high volumes of roles in a professional environment. The role is based in the Coventry and paying ?36,000 - ?42,000 dependant on experience in a permanent role.

As the Recruitment I.T Specialist you will be responsible for partnering the Chief Operations Officer and various line managers in the I.T function to support line managers with a variety of recruitment and selection activities across that business group. You will lead and deliver in the attraction and selection of a range of roles, ensuring the right heads are in place at the right time and the right costs to deliver a fully rounded recruitment solution. You will have excellent communication skills in order to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and to ensure you're giving candidates the best recruitment experience.

You will be responsible for the full end to end recruitment life cycle including designing and advertising roles, sourcing candidates through the company database, via social media (LinkedIn, Twitter etc) , headhunting, referrals and external adverts - through to managing the interview, assessment and selection process. It is vital you build and manage talent pipelines to ensure pipelines of strong candidates are readily available.

Working with the Recruitment Manager, you will continuously strive to identify ways of improving the recruitment journey, customer experience and employee band. This role will also give you an opportunity to get involved in Recruitment projects such as increasing graduate intake improving recruitment processes, improving external agency relationships, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), increasing system optimisation.

The Candidate

You will have previous experience of working within a similar in either an in-house or agency based role and have recruited I.T professional previously. You will have experience of working on both high volume and specialist roles and be hungry and resilient as well as able to work autonomously. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and influential skills in order to build strong relationships with key stakeholder's.
