Macildowie HR are delighted to be working with a fast paced, commercial and growing business based in the Coventry area to source a Senior HR Advisor. They are looking to hire a dynamic HR professional with a strong generalist background on a 12 month fixed term basis, paying up to ?35,000 plus 15% bonus.

The Role

Reporting into the HR Business Partner and working with the wider HR, L&D and Recruitment team you will coach managers on a range of ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance management and implementing policies & procedures all whilst providing a streamlined advisory service for the organisation as a whole.

There is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in value add HR projects such as the harmonisation work due to company relocation, resource planning, mergers & acquisitions and HR system implementation ensuring the recruitment plan for line managers is robust and in line with organisational policy.

We are looking for a confident and driven HR professional with fantastic communication skills in order to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to push back and advise proactively in line with company policies and procedures with the aim of streamlining the HR team workflow.

The Candidate

You will be friendly and approachable in person with a credible nature to work with varying areas and levels within the business. The ability to create buy-in to the new HR procedures is absolutely vital.

An up to date and working knowledge of current employment legislation is also essential to be successful in this role alongside experience in helping with organisational change programmes.

Pace and accuracy of work is crucial to the commercial success of this candidate and therefore wider organisation. You will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and be able to juggle multiple tasks and projects.
