Macildowie HR is pleased to be working with a industry leading reputable business based in Northamptonshire in recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor. The role will provide HR support to the business across various business units making continuous improvements throughout the HR team. This is a full time permanent position paying up to ?40,000 depending on experience.

The Role
You will be responsible for providing HR advice across the business, supporting the business stakeholders with rolling out additional projects. You will be an extension to the HR Advisors, supporting them with any queries around ER cases that they may have. You will be involved with supporting on high volume complex ER cases which you will ensure the Advisors are managing the full process and coaching line managers in order to upskill them on areas such as disciplinary and grievances. The role will include delivering training and coaching sessions to manager's throughout the business to increase their knowledge on HR practices and talent development.
You will get the opportunity to heavily support the HR Manager with ad hoc projects. As the businesses team is changing slightly this will include projects such as employee engagement and business change. The role will enable you to bring your own ideas from previous experience and help to streamline processes within the business to make HR a really high performing team. You will also get the opportunity to help with restructures across the business.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be:
Extremely driven and able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
Have previous experience with change management, restructures and redundancies
Competent in using all Microsoft office programs and have previous experience with HR systems
Have strong knowledge of HR disciplines including employee relations, reward and benefits, HR reporting, HR systems, learning and development
Communicate with key stakeholders
Strong team player
Able to upskill and develop more junior members of the team
