Macildowie Recruitment are extremely pleased to be working exclusively with a great business on a newly created Senior HR Advisor role. The role will cover many aspects of generalist HR but will have a focus on overseeing the ER cases for the organisation. The role will be based in Nottingham and is paying ?31,000 - ?36,000.

The Role:
The primary focus of this role is to look at the current policy and procedures across the business and work on the frameworks and underpinning process that the business currently uses. Therefore, although the role does have an ER focus, you won't be getting involved in the day-to-day detail of each case, more so the overall framework. Having said this, involvement in some of the more complex cases may be appropriate. As a business they will typically have around 100 cases that will be live at any one time and it will be your job to oversee and advise on best practice. With the more complex cases you will advise on what will help and how to achieve the best for all parties involved. Furthermore, work with Unions will form a large part of the role as well, so being able to build good relationships with them will be key.

The Successful Candidate:
You will have a professional HR qualification, experience in a similar role, sound employment law knowledge and a solid track record of continuous improvement. The person will be able to interpret HR policies accurately, communicate effectively at all levels and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Previous Union experience will be important and finally, the person should be a role model for business values and will be a customer focused HR solutions provider.
