Macildowie HR is delighted to be working with a global business in the recruitment of a Senior HR Administrator. Due to a restructure in the team it is allowing them to expand and bring on board some new talent. The role is a permanent position and is paying up to ?23,000 depending on your experience.

This job will be very diverse and generalist. You will be joining the HR team and helping to answer HR queries from across the wider business. The company is made up of various business units which means you will get exposure with dealing with a variety of queries throughout the day. You will be the first line support for the full employee lifecycle and will be responsible for issuing offer letters, contracts and new starts pack along with making any amendments to these for existing employees. You will also be the go to super user for the HR system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date. You will support the wider HR team with any system updates also. The role will mean you have to liaise with the finance and payroll team when supporting with pay changes and any queries around this. Their will be the opportunity to help with HR Manager and Advisors with some additional projects and really support with these.
This role will also mean you get the chance to help develop some of the more junior members of the admin team and upskilling them in any areas that they may not be as strong in.
This role has the potential to grow in the future and really develop as the HR team evolves.

The appropriate candidate will have:
- Generalist HR experience - minimum 3 years.
- Organised and have the ability to prioritise
- Have really strong attention to detail
- Be very customer focused and want to help to wider business
- Ability to coordinate own ideas into the business
- Approachable and friendly character
- Able to build strong relationships
- Be able to use your own initiative to bring new ideas into the company
