Are you a commercially astute Reward specialist looking to make your mark in a well established business that are looking to make a difference? Are you looking for a role that will enable you to see your footprint within the organisation? Reporting into the Head of Talent the Reward Manager will have full accountability for the reward, benefits and pension strategy of the business. This is a permanent opportunity, based from a central head office location that offers great flexibility in its working pattern.

We are looking for a highly experienced Reward Manager to define and implement the reward and benefits strategy for the business. You will need to work strategically with the senior leadership team to create an informed blueprint for the reward strategy, taking into consideration external market trends and benchmarking and the internal needs of the business. Using their expertise in both legislative knowledge and market trends the Reward Manager will be able to manipulate data and model costs to design a fair and object rewards system for colleagues across the business. You will partner with your peers in HR Business Partnering and Talent to review the on going needs of the business to ensure the rewards strategy is competitive as part of a wider talent attraction and retention strategy.

The successful Reward Manager will be a subject matter expert in the area of reward, able to apply sound commercial and legislative knowledge to the principles of reward, salary benchmarking and pensions. The Reward Manager will be dynamic and courageous in their communications able to make recommendations at an executive level. They will possess strong technical skills in data manipulation whilst being able to relay to their stakeholders in a way that is meaningful and comprehensible. In return the Reward Manager will be part of a collaborative and supportive HR team, led by a HR leader who encourages autonomy and development.
