Reward Manager - South Northamptonshire - up ?60,000 + excellent benefits

Macildowie Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with an exciting, branded business in the recruitment of a Reward Manager on a permanent basis. The role will pay up to ?60,000 base salary and comes with market leading benefits.

The Role
Reporting into the HR Director and managing one analyst, the Reward Manager will be responsible for all compensation and benefit related strategies, as well as the operational activity to drive these. The postholder will work with a variety of stakeholders to verify ongoing reward activities, but importantly to devise new innovations to build upon the current offering to drive employee engagement and satisfaction.

The Reward Manager will complete regular reviews to ensure competitiveness in the job market, as well as keeping a keen on eye on legislative changes to the business and all employees are compliant, but also to maximise on any opportunities where possible. The postholder will lead on all benefits provider tenders to ensure the best commercial offering for the business.

Working alongside the HR Business Partners, the Reward Manager will lead on the annual salary and bonus reviews, but will also ensure that the wider HR strategy and values are interweaved with the reward strategy. This HR strategy presents some interesting projects in the reward space so the postholder can expect to enjoy a good mix of BAU reward activities alongside new innovation led projects.

The Person
Our client is looking for someone that is proficient in reward; either with a total reward background or with a generalist background where you may have recently specialised in reward. Being flexible and adaptable to a fast paced environment is essential, as well as having a commercial approach. Importantly though, our client is looking for a Reward Manager that is present, visible and adds value to the team in more ways than being a Reward analyst; strong stakeholder skills and a human approach when understanding what people want to see in a reward offering is a must.
