Macildowie HR is pleased to be supporting a highly reputable business, based in Nottingham, in their recruitment of a Reward Analyst.

Reporting into the Head of HR, we are looking for a Reward Analyst to lead on all matters relating to employee benefits, reward and recognition, data analysis and MI reporting. As the Reward Analyst you will be responsible for managing the business' annual pay review, including bench marking and job evaluation. With a stakeholder population that spans across the business, as the Reward Analyst you will be expected to partner the senior leadership team creating a blueprint for the reward agenda that encourages consistency, continuous improvement and drives attraction and retention strategies. You will be the go to expert for modelling data providing the business with in-depth reporting on year-end, mid-year, gender pay gap and equal pay reports.

The successful Reward Analyst in this business is consultative, calm, considered and proactive in their mannerisms. You will be a benchmark for accuracy across the business, self motivated and organised in your approach. Previous experience of working within professional services is desired, alongside exposure to presenting to senior stakeholders within the business. In return you will join a successful business who have experienced above market average growth over recent years. You will benefit from joining a well established HR team, with HR representation at board level, in a business that genuinely values their people agenda as a partner to their business plan.
