I am currently working in partnership with a well known company based in Milton Keynes who are looking for a Reward Analyst to join their HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a great organisation within a newly created role due to the progression and growth of the existing team.

The Role

This opportunity requires someone who has excellent analytical skills used to dealing with high amounts of data, and excellent presentation skills. It would suit a candidate who is from a finance or other analytical background, and looking to specialise within a HR/Reward environment within a corporate setting.

You will be able to demonstrate an excellent level of analytical support for the salary survey process.

You will pro actively managing the timelines and provider expectations, Identifying process improvements to improve the effectiveness of current reward programmes, including technology and communication enhancements.

You will be management support for the range of employee benefits including health care and risk benefits, ensuring these are communicated effectively and administered in the most effective way by the team to meet employee needs.

Proactively keeping up to date with specialist knowledge of external market developments and legislation changes, and use this knowledge to recommend appropriate actions are taken -Build effective relationships within the HR Team and with line managers across the business.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role would have the following attributes:

Have strong data analysis and management information experience
Have excellent analytical skills, with strong experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate management information.
Be able to provide an excellent level of support within either a HR or Finance environment. Providing key analytical support to cyclical reward processes including annual pay review, pay/grading reviews, year-end bonus calculations.
Be Effective in communicating and building relationships both internal and external contacts
Be creative and innovative in developing solutions
Demonstrable analytical approach to problem solving
Be energetic with a keen interest on developing a career within Reward.
Hold a Maths related degree (desirable)
