Macildowie HR are working with a large organisation in North Leicestershire as they are looking for a Resourcing Partner to help drive the function forward. This is a 12 month FTC for the time being and offering between ?25,000-?30,000 for the right candidate.

The Role

Working with the Recruitment Manager, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in all aspects of the daily account management for your assigned segment whilst implementing candidate-friendly processes that fill vacancies with the best talent

You will serve as a sought-after recruitment and hiring expert in the local organisation and develops capable teams as well as acting as an advocate for building a strong employer brand to provide a competitive edge and continually promote the business as an employer of choice

Another aspect of the role is to educate and coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques and help to install the organisations overall recruitment philosophy, policy, and process

You will track key recruitment metrics, budget and identify areas for process improvement to enhance candidate experience whilst working proactively with the broader local recruitment team to review and customise recruitment strategies to fulfil business needs while enhancing the return on investment

You need to know the internal talent pipeline availability and be able to recommend when to hire internally and/or externally but also to collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers to carry out criteria based short listing, interviewing and assessment of candidates

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience within an In House Recruitment environment as an established and successful recruiter, this is vital as although working within a successful team you will be expected to hit the ground running.

You must be skilled in managing the end to end recruitment process and have extensive experience of recruiting proactively, using a variety of methods including social media channels such as LinkedIn

Experience with interacting with colleagues at all levels providing technical and commercial advice and support in relation to external media to effective recruitment activities including external agencies

A proactive and self-motivated candidate with the ability to successfully manage workload in a stand-alone role will really suit this position.
