Macildowie HR are pleased to be working in partnership with a UK leading manufacturer who are looking to appoint a Resourcing Manager for a permanent opportunity within their business. This is an fantastic opportunity for a passionate, and tenacious recruiter who ensures tactically sourcing first class talent for a business alongside the strategic management of a resourcing plan. This role will report into the HR Director, and working as part of a larger HR, talent and development team. The Resourcing Manager will have a pivotal role within the business and its future as they set the strategy by which they will source the best talent. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum + company car + benefits.

The Role:
The Resourcing Manager will play an integral role within the business driving positive change in the areas of talent acquisition, recruitment, succession planning and attrition. They will be instrumental in driving a best practice approach to recruitment, delivering coaching to hiring managers on interview and screening techniques. The Resourcing Manager will use the support of MI reporting on recruitment and attrition trend to better advise the business of its strategic resourcing agenda moving forwards with an ultimate aim of delivering a successful direct hire model to the business. Alongside the tactical delivery of talent acquisition the Resourcing Manager will be responsible for developing the business' brand in the market place and devising a successful pipe lining strategy. The Resourcing Manager will also be responsible for the development and coaching of the Resourcing Advisor who will sit as a direct report to them.

The Person:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an assertive and confident Resourcing professional who is looking to take more responsibility with their next position. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent influencing skills and will be able to challenge and coach at a management and director level. They must possess previous experience of working with resourcing data, and be able to demonstrate where and when they have used this to drive strategic hiring plans. Previous experience of working across a multi site business would be advantageous in this role as there will be a proportion of travel on a monthly basis. Experience of delivering a hands on end to end recruitment service is desired, alongside the ability to spot areas of need in resourcing/work force planning ahead of schedule.
