A well known and industry leading organisation in Warwickshire is looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support in end to end recruitment of a variety of roles working within a wider Recruitment and HR team in their head office. You will have worked in a similar role in end to end recruitment and used to working in a fast paced environment. Open to recruiters who have worked in-house or agency. The role is based Warwickshire and is a permanent role paying up to ?22,000 per annum.

The Role

As the Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for h a variety of recruitment and selection activities across the businesses southern retail section! You will lead and deliver in the attraction and selection of a range of roles, ensuring the right heads are in place at the right time and the right costs to deliver a fully rounded recruitment solution. You will have excellent communication skills in order to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and to ensure you're giving candidates the best recruitment experience.

You will be responsible for the full end to end recruitment life cycle including designing and advertising roles, sourcing candidates through the company database, via social media (LinkedIn, Twitter etc) , headhunting, referrals and external adverts - through to managing the interview, assessment and selection process. It is vital you build and manage talent pipelines to ensure pipelines of strong candidates are readily available.

Working with the Internal Recruitment Manager, you will continuously strive to identify ways of improving the recruitment journey, customer experience and employee band. This role will also give you an opportunity to get involved in Recruitment projects.

The Candidate

You will have previous experience of working within a similar in either an in-house or agency based role. You will have experience of working on both high volume and specialist roles and be hungry and resilient as well as able to work autonomously. You will have excellent communication and influential skills in order to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
