Job Title: Immediately Available Resourcing Business Partner
Location: Luton
Job Type: 6 - 12 month FTC
Job Salary: ?35,000 - ?45,000 (Dependant on experience)

Our client is looking for an experienced Resourcing ? Business Partner to be based in their Bedfordshire Head Office, they are a great team of friendly, dedicated people going through a period of significant growth and looking to build on a solid foundation of success and reduce agency spend, in need of High demand skill sets in low supply.

The Role

- To support the Company with all recruitment and resourcing requirements. Main duties will include
- Pro-actively sourcing and pre-screening of candidates for vacancies whilst building a strong network/pipeline of candidates for future requirements. Developing materiel to assist with the marketing of the roles and the company brand and ethos.
- To liaise with external advertisers to maximise on candidate pipeline including but not restricted to. approved third party advertising agency, job centres.
- Support recruitment activities to including scheduling and planning interviews, and managing key recruitment campaigns. You will also be responsible for Monitoring and producing KPI data whilst implementing and managing future recruitment strategy in line with the Global Recruitment policy and delivering on agreed headcount budgets, in close conjunction with the HR Team.
- Be responsible for liaising with the relevant Managers to co-ordinate and support the on-boarding and induction process.
- Be responsible for managing relationships with external stakeholders and agencies.

The Candidate

You will have experience of working within a similar position, and ideally will have worked within an in house role.

You will have a customer focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, across many sectors and at high volume.

You will have a good knowledge of Recruitment Legislation, and proven experience in sourcing of candidates. You will have previous experience using social media to source candidates, and promote/drive recruitment campaigns. ? You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft office Software.

Due to the nature of the position it is essential that you have the ability to work in a heavily administrative role with exceptional organisation. You must be a self-starter whilst building team relationships, and be passionate about recruitment and the best way to attract talent.
