Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner
Location: Bedfordshire/Buckinghamshire
Job Type: Permanent
Job Salary: ?35-40k plus car.

This is a wonderful role for someone who is confident on their own and likes a busy autonomous position as a full HR Generalist. It is a regional role and therefore its base could be flexible as to the location.

The Role

This is a generalist role which will see you being the sole point of contact within the region of the following:

- Managing various Projects and strategic HR.
- Recruitment And Selection 360 Recruitment and talent attraction.
- Co-ordination of leavers' process, including formal acknowledgement documentation, communication with organisation, completion of payroll records and receipt of Company property, within agreed timescales and in a professional manner.
- Discipline & Grievance These are low in volume but highly complex and would need to be handled by an expert confident in holding meetings and managing the case to its conclusion.
- Payroll - Accurate completion and provision of payroll information, including starters/leavers/change forms to HR Assistants within agreed timeframe and providing assistance in compilation of monthly payroll file and provision to payroll provider.
- Advisory Providing advise to managers on the full employee lifecycle:
- Maternity/Paternity
-Absence Management
-Performance Management
-Policy & Procedure

The Person

- Experience of working within a Project driven environment
- CIPD Qualified or Working Towards Qualification
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proactive problem solving and decision-making skills
- Proven strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work from own initiative, in an environment away from other HR team members.
- Ability to deal confidently and efficiently with a wide range of people
- Computer literacy Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Flexible attitude to working hours and travel- the role requires travel (on an as needed basis) and overnight stays Must hold a valid/clear UK Driving Licence.
