A leading organisation with a Head Office in Leicester are looking for a Recruitment Manager to work closely with HR and L&D leading on end to end recruitment whilst managing an operational team and working on value add projects in order to push the function forward. Looking for someone keen to take the Recruitment function to the next level! The role is based in Leicester and paying ?40,000 - ?50,000 + 15% Bonus + benefits.

Reporting into the HR Director and working closely with the HR team recruiting a range of roles all levels from high volume to specialist engineering roles. You will be able to 'think outside the box' in order to recruit niche roles, using social media, headhunting, referrals and recruiting for personality/transferable skills for certain roles. Ideally you will have lead and motivated a team, creating a good working environment in order to increase productivity and engagement.

A key focus will be to pull together both agency and direct hire together. You will ensure your team are working closer with agencies whilst increasing direct hire when necessary. Working strategically with the HR D and the HR BP's you will use your experience in order to lead on varying projects such as partnering the Digital Director in order to look at website optimisation and career pages, using social media to recruit, supporting the implementation of the new recruitment platform, increasing direct hire and supporting HR with implementing home working to name a few (as well as many other projects to support the HR strategy).

We are looking for a positive, engaging and enthusiastic people manage with a strong operational background. This is a fantastic role for someone wanting a hands on role with the opportunity to add value to the entire recruitment function.

The Candidate

You will be confident in end to end recruitment and able to proactive source candidates including niche roles. We are looking for someone who has experience improving processes and ways of working on order to improve the function You will have excellent communication skills and able to build strong relationships with key stakeholder's in the business and have experience of managing and have proven experience leading projects.
