Job Title: Recruitment Manager
Location: Milton Keynes (plus some regional travel)
Job Type: Permanent
Job Salary: ?38,000 - ?42,000

The Role

This role reports into the HR Director and will have responsibility for a large proportion of the direct sourcing activity within the business.

Handling around 30 vacancies at any time, you will utilise job boards, LinkedIn and other direct sourcing techniques to supply candidates in a timely manner to the business, with a view to minimising agency spend. Working closely with line managers to understand their needs and will then arrange interviews or assessments in accordance with agreed timelines. You will lead on the organisation and delivery of assessment centres, and can expect to play a key part in initial screening of candidates, and utilising data metrics to keep track of, and identify the most successful sourcing methods. You will be an advocate of diversity in the workplace and will be a strong brand ambassador and strive to build the brand of the business to ensure attraction of the best talent.

The Person

Relevant recruitment experience is a must i.e. you will have managed a similar workload of vacancies in the past and will have experience in all aspects of recruitment. You will be data confident, be comfortable working with KPIs and will be able to work with autonomy. You will be approachable, have good communication skills and will be computer literate. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and will be able to build effective relationships.

Ideally you would have experience with graduate recruitment and have some experience with finance specific recruitment.

You should have a full UK Driving Licence and a steely determination.
