The business are looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to manage all aspects of their recruitment activity. The Recruitment Coordinator can expect to receive a salary of between ?17-22,000 per annum. The business are happy to be flexible around full time or part time hours.

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who will manage the recruitment process from start to finish. You will be responsible for advertising all vacancies, shortlisting for roles, organising and conducting interviews and coordinating contracts of employment. The Recruitment Coordinator will have a pivotal role in the business and will work closely with the management team to discuss projected recruitment plans. The Recruitment Coordinator will work to ensure where possible that all recruitment activity is completed with minimal disruption to the business. You will work closely with the HR Manager, and senior members of the management team to ensure that budgets are adhered to and that any new hires into the business are considered and costed for effectively.

The successful Recruitment Coordinator for this business will be hard working, hands on and pragmatic in approach. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing recruitment cycles from start to finish. You must have excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with both internal stakeholders, prospective employees and external suppliers. This role will involve travel across multiple sites and the Recruitment Coordinator will be expected to support with interviews on site.
