Macildowie HR are working with a customer focused business in the Coventry area. They are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join the friendly team! This is a new position for the business as they want to focus more of the recruitment activities in-house. This role is permanent offering a salary of up to ?25,000.

The Role

Every day will be different in this role, as you will be recruiting a variety of roles; including digital roles, contact centre roles and accountants, with the main purpose of the role being to demonstrate a commercial value to the role by reducing recruitment spends.

You will also help to build the careers website with the vision and feel of the business in mind alongside devising and implementing the digital strategy for resourcing with the help of social media!

Alongside this you'll engage in advising, guiding and overseeing both small and larger scale recruitment campaigns working with different managers of the organisation to understand the needs and wants for a number of roles.

This role is end to end, from advertisement to CV screening, to interviewing and offer process!

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be friendly and team orientated whilst also possessing excellent customer facing and interpersonal skills with the ability to consult, influence and facilitate at a senior level.

You will also need to be proactive, with the ability to work independently demonstrating initiative and problem solving abilities and havean excellent standard of verbal and written communication

At least 2 years specialist recruitment experience is a must so you have a strong knowledge of resourcing processes, social media strategies and employer branding.

Experience of recruiting for digital roles would be advantageous, but not essential.
