A leading UK organisation is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their close knit team. You will be managing the full recruitment process and looking at current procedures and analysing how they could be improved. Although Recruitment will be a key part of the role, there will also be an element of HR as well. This is therefore an opportunity to develop your Recruitment career as well as get exposure to generalist HR duties. Salary is between ?20k and ?25k plus additional benefits!

The Role:
Your key responsibility will be to take control of the Recruitment process; this will involve looking at current recruitment techniques and looking at how to improve talent attraction methods as well as the interview processes.
Analysing relationships with agencies to ensure they are working with the right agencies and looking at the quality of their current agency relationships.
Your remit would be all roles aside from the commercial roles; a high percentage of those would be admin roles across all areas of the business.
20-25% of the role will be focused on generalist HR duties. This includes HR Administration and assisting the HR officers with some higher level HR responsibilities.
Reporting back to managers and actively suggesting innovative techniques to help move the business forward.

The Ideal Candidate:
You will be working in a fast paced, high volume and varied role so you should be excellent at prioritising and you should have exceptional attention to detail. You should have some recruitment experience but also be interested in getting involved in HR administration as well. Above all you should be curious and have a desire to improve current procedures and take the initiative in driving new techniques. You can be from an agency background or currently be in a HR and Recruitment role and be keen to focus on the recruitment side.
