Macildowie HR are working with an organisation based in Leicester that are going through an exciting period of change! The organisation are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to work alongside the Recruitment Officer to support with the recruitment process and ensure a great candidate experience. This is a permanent position offering 22 hours a week, based in central Leicester offering up to ?18,500 plus other benefits.

The Role

Reporting in to the Recruitment Officer, you will provide a comprehensive administrative service as well as excellent standards of customer service within the recruitment team!

You will work with the Recruitment Officer to update the current recruitment process and system to create a better experience for all involved.

As part of this role, you will promote the organisation as an employer of choice through various social media and recruitment campaigns

Maintain good relations with recruitment agencies and ensure that temporary staffing is obtained with regards to quality and value for money

You will take ownership of certain roles/regions and will coordinate interviews and obtain relevant documentation from the interviewees.

Alongside this you will then walk the candidates through the process being their main point of contact and will send out their contracts and offer letters.

The Recruitment Officer will be working on a number of projects for you to get involved with too such as looking at the way the organisation advertises, what job fairs they go to and the overall communications.

The Candidate

The organisation are looking for someone with a passion for recruitment but also for high standards.

Strong administration and organisational skills are a must as well as time management as you will need to manage what you do on your days within the organisation, but who will support in your absence.

The customer service element is very important within this role as you will be dealing with a whole host of people and this may be their first time dealing with the organisation so it must be a positive one!

Written skills are important, as are being a self-starter but the organisation, and definitely the HR, Recruitment & L&D team all work together as one big team so team working is of extreme importance
