Macildowie HR are working with a very well known business in Leicester as they are looking for an Pensions and Benefits Specialist to join their busy Reward & Benefits team! This is a permanent position offering up to ?30,000 for the right candidate, as well as other benefits.

The Role

To reconcile and submit accurately and within specified deadlines all benefit contributions and data schedules for all benefit and pension payments whilst being held responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the various pension schemes, including handling of existing arrangements

You will also work with a variety of stakeholders alongside the Reward & Benefits Manager to answer queries from all stakeholders and employee queries effectively and within the defined SLAs

To input all relevant benefits data in the payroll database and 3rd party databases where necessary by the relevant deadlines and to become, in due course, the point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases

You will also support the Head of Reward with any ad-hoc project work, there will be quite a few things to get involved with as this is a new position and the Reward & Benefits Team is growing.

The Ideal Candidate

Strong analytical skills and PC skills including sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Excellent communication and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and a methodical and thorough approach to work

Ability to stay calm, work well under pressure and meet targets but also to learn quickly, use own initiative and organise own workload effectively

Demonstrate a can do attitude, overcoming any problems as they arise and work in a team to become a great team player for the Reward & Benefits Team.

Ideally you will have extensive experience with HRIS, benefits and payroll databases
