Job Title: Payroll Systems Analyst 12 Month FTC
Location: Milton Keynes
Job Type: Perm
Job Salary: ?40000-?45000

This is an exciting opportunity to provide insight and support to the Shared Services HR and Payroll service model as well as providing support to the HR Service Delivery Manager. The role is key to ensuring the organisation retains very high audit standards.

The Role

Deliver monthly payroll reconciliation outputs to agreed timetable, in line with internal audit requirements
Drive improvement throughout our Payroll and HR Systems
Engage with our partners to develop an end to end plan that supports successful delivery
Work across the HR Services Team to drive out efficiencies in ways of working with the ultimate goal of reducing running costs
Provide support on Whitbread policy as well as appropriate administration support to both weekly and monthly payroll runs
Work with key stakeholders to deliver project activity as specified
Ensure all team processes are documented and up to date and champion creative thinking within the team
Support all internal and external audits working with internal teams, systems, external auditors and other third parties
Ensure our suppliers comply with their contractual obligations
Work closely with the Business and systems teams to ensure the organisational hierarchy is accurate at all times.

Skills Required

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of working with payroll and HR systems and proven experience in maintaining successful relationships between HR and 3rd party suppliers; will be disciplined and able to work to tight timescales without impacting quality. An understanding of HR processes and organisational hierarchy is vital with this role.
