Manpower has an excellent opportunity for a Service Delivery Consultant to join our operation working for our prestigious strategic client in Wellingborough.
The Service Delivery Consultant is responsible for the Operational Delivery of their region/site including HR, Recruitment and Client Governance. The SDC must ensure the site is covered from a delivery and resource perspective ensuring our service delivery is not impacted.
Reporting into the Account Manager, this role will involve working in close partnership with the Senior Management Team, account wide on-site Operational Delivery teams and internal departments.
You would be responsible for building these relationships and ensuring that all hiring opportunities are carefully mapped out so that you are able to go out to market effectively. It is therefore essential you have a strong client delivery focus and exceptional communication skills. You must also have advanced skills in candidate sourcing techniques. You will pull on your experience and develop your credibility with your customers to ensure that SLA's are met and fulfilment targets are delivered against. Utilising your well-developed advanced sourcing skills, you will build pipelines and manage Talent pools to help meet the needs of the client.
You will responsible for managing all contingent labour requirements and the deployment of agency staff on a daily/weekly basis. This will involve working closely with hiring managers/stakeholders to strategically manage a labour plan and align recruitment/talent pool as required.
The core responsibilities of the role are as follows:
To ensure the Contract achieves agreed Service Level Agreement targets by working closely with Client and Manpower Team.
Manage Recruitment activity, including candidate attraction & selection, referencing and offer management. Liaise with Panel Vendors and work in partnership with Staffing Branches to fulfil Contract requirements.
Provide HR support and advice to client sites in relation to recruitment requirements
Daily contact with Hiring Managers, Manpower Branches, Agency Panel Vendors, Operational Team and prospective/existing employees to provide advice and support for recruitment, payroll, HR and other employment issues.
Work closely with operational team and branches to ensure that operational objectives are being met.
Deputise for Account Manager during periods of leave
Job holder to meet regularly with line manager to review progress against objectives and future requirements.
Ensure authorisation has been given to recruit and all vacancies are correctly added to Manpower systems with support from the team co-ordinator
Track vacancy progress, including updating order tracker and providing updates to the client Hiring Manager where required
Write and distribute external adverts if required, identifying advertisement options
Create pool of pre-vetted candidates for utilisation at the site.
Ensure 100% compliance with Manpower internal policies and Data Protection
Track HR measurements in line with contractual SLA/KPI measurements, carry out regular analysis and highlight areas for improvement
Compile and maintain Management Information

You will need to remain responsive to ever changing business needs, pragmatic in approach and proactive in providing business-focused HR and Recruitment solutions.

Located on a central client site in Wellingborough, this role ensures a professional HR presence and consistently delivers quality HR advice and support to employees and managers across the business. Through building effective, professional relationships with client Hiring Managers and employees this role provides a credible service to internal customers at every level.
What will you need to succeed in this role?
A strong background within recruitment delivery in a client facing environment
Ideally you'll have recruited within manufacturing/Engineering
You'll have great stakeholder management skills and will have worked alongside sourcing and other support teams
You'll be target driven, with a focus on delivering excellent service.
Highly organised, able to effectively manage your time and work consistently to achieve deadlines.
Excellent written, verbal and face to face communication skills.
