Management Development Specialist - Northamptonshire - ?40,000 + car

Macildowie Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly regarded employer in the Northamptonshire area on the recruitment of a Management Development Specialist role. The role will sit as part of the L&D team and will partner with a select group within the business. The role will be recruited on a permanent basis and will pay circa ?40,000 + car.

The Role
The Management Development Specialist will design and deliver bespoke programmes to their client base to support the growing needs of the business. The role will take some direction from the wider L&D initiatives but will operate somewhat autonomously to deliver practical and engaging training which will ultimately enhance the management capability of the client population.

The Management Development Specialist will work closely with the wider HR team to develop and deliver a learning culture within the organisation. This will be achieved through a series of management and leadership development events and programmes.

A fundamental responsibility of the post holder will be to support the creation of a pipeline of highly capable and motivated managers for the future. On a broader level, the Management Development Specialist will review learning and development solutions on an ongoing basis to ensure both performance and behaviours are in line with the aspirations and culture.

The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate a track record of creating innovative, participative learning events and you will be an agile, resilient, altruistic, team player. Ideally you will have a hands-on approach to management development and training, be commercially minded and have the integrity to build enduring relationships. You will be able to think creatively and pragmatically to deliver effective solutions to a wide and varied audience in terms of experience and academic background. You will be familiar with delivering training in a commercial or head office environment.
