Full time - permanent
Office hours - 8.30am-5pm (8.30am-4.30pm on a Friday)

The Situation

Based in Leicestershire my client is looking for an experienced L & D Officer to join their team of 9 HR professionals. They are looking for someone with around 2 years L & D experience within a corporate function.
To fit in well with the team you will need to be confident, able to push back, happy challenging upwards, and an incredible communicator!

The Role

You will be responsible for the full learning and development function of the site reporting into the HR Manager and responsible for the support, development and line management of the L&D Apprentice. Your key responsibilities will be to create and deliver all Learning and Development Activities, assess the L & D needs of the site through succession planning and appraisals and keep up to date with all relevant and new training materials. You will also be required to develop and deliver the welcome programme, create and run L & D reports and support the wider HR Team with an ad hoc projects or tasks. The core element of this position will be to manage and deliver the corporate induction, and over see and coordinate all management training's, you will also be solely responsible for the new online Learning Management System.
