Macildowie recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a leading business based in Nottingham who are looking to appoint a Leadership Development Manager on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic time to join the organisation as they are underway with a significant organisational development programme which you would play an instrumental role in. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of ?65,000 +, plus an extensive benefits package including increased annual leave.

The role:

The Leadership Development Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of a leadership and development service that will enhance the capability of the organisation. Through effective engagement with their stakeholders they will be responsible for designing a service that will lead and promote leadership and management capability. Their customer base will consist of management and senior leaders within the organisation, alongside partnering with the wider HR team to ensure their programme is in support of and an ambassador for the culture and values of the business. The Leadership Development Manager will be responsible for the development of their own team and for ensuring the effective delivery of both a reactive and proactive programme of development. The Leadership Development Manager will take an active role in the delivery of the programme and be able to recommend interventions throughout it's delivery through TNA.

The Person:

Our client are looking for a Leadership Development Manager who demonstrates highly effective and proven communication skills. The successful candidate will possess a high level of emotional intelligence and will be confident at influencing varying stakeholder groups including at an executive level. They will possess extensive experience of developing, delivering and managing development programmes. They will be a confident facilitator of such sessions, bringing creativity and intellect to their work to achieve maximum engagement from their stakeholders.
