Leadership & Change Consultant - Northampton - Interim - ?50,000-?70,000

Macildowie Recruitment is pleased to be working exclusively with an organisation going through a period of positive change in the recruitment of a Leadership & Change Consultant. The role will be recruited on an interim basis and will pay between ?50,000 and ?70,000 dependent on experience.

The Role
The Leadership & Change Consultant will be recruited primarily to partner with the Chief Executive on large scale change initiatives. These initiatives form part of a larger reform around driving a culture change which will see a shift towards greater collaboration and teamwork across the organisation. The consultant will work with the present HR team to facilitate the development of management and leadership development programmes, whilst acting as a coach to the senior leadership and exec team.

The Leadership & Change Consultant will also act as a strategic advisor on significant organisational changes and will act as the senior responsible for ensuring all HR related intricacies are accounted for and all risk is minimised. The Consultant will act on behalf of the Chief Executives in driving through the change programme; this will involve creating checkpoints and managing senior stakeholders to ensure agreed timelines are met and the project budget is met.

The Person
You will have a background in HR & change management, and will specifically have partnered with board and executive level stakeholders in the past. You will have applied a people led approach to significant organisational and cultural change programmes. You will have a consultative, impartial approach and will have a track record of delivering innovative solutions; this will likely mean that you have experience across multiple industries.
