Macildowie are pleased to be partnering exclusively with a growing business in the Midlands on the recruitment of a Lead HR Insights & Reporting Analyst position. The role will be recruited on a permanent basis and will pay up to ?60,000 dependent on experience.

The Business
A multi-sited growth business with exciting plans for the HR function.

The Role
Working as part of a small team, the Lead HR Analyst will extract HR data and lead on the analysis of data to provide specific and accurately measured reports in line with business expectations. The HR Analyst will build new reporting processes, graphs and dashboards as agreed with senior stakeholders to provide insights in line with the recently revised visions and values. As well as managing a number of ongoing management information reports, the Lead HR Analyst will build new or ad hoc reports in line with agreed timelines.

The postholder will be an advocate of best data practices for the business and will coach senior managers on how to ensure consistency and quality of data is administered throughout the business.

The Lead HR Analyst will work closely with the wider HR team to support them in their day to day duties but also in key projects, particularly supporting on areas such as employee engagement level throughout periods of change.

The Person
You will ideally have a systems, analytics or management degree with a track record of dashboard and report creation. You'll be an excel expert with great time management skills and attention to detail. You will have worked with people data previously and will have experience of continuous improvements as the business looks to grow and improve the analytics function.
