Macildowie HR is working with a global manufacturer in the Coventry area. This leading business is looking for an L&D Coordinator to join the team permanently. In this role you will be responsible for managing training requirements for all units in the UK, as well units in the West of Europe. This role is 80% coordination and 20% delivery. Offering ?24,000-?28,000.

The Role

Reporting in to the L&D Manager you will be involved in various learning and development activities. The first key activity will be providing LMS System Support - First level support for end users, developing an end to end training process within LMS, assigning eLearning as agreed with Unit HR.

You would also be involved in training and Development Coordination - development of onboarding training for new employees, and organising Induction, Global Sales and Management Skills training activities. Support the development of training plans according to the needs of the units and maintain employee records/certificates to provide evidence to customers and internal/external auditors.

The final key aspect of this role will be L&D reporting - Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual training reports as required by the Units, Europe and Group (eg for Dashboards and Surveys), and develop and maintain business specific training KPI's.

The Ideal Candidate:

-Be familiar with managing data in SAP/HCM and/or a Learning Management System
-Ideally have knowledge of SharePoint
-Have the drive and passion to be successful
-Proactively promote the concept of HR Service Delivery across the business
-Understand basic German/Dutch if at all possible!

The most important elements of this role are hands on experience with an LMS - all aspects from User support to setting up and assigning training within the LMS. Training will be provided on all the systems that they currently use but an understanding of one or a few would be very beneficial.
