Macildowie HR is excited to be working with one of Warwickshire's largest employers, with a brilliant reputation, to hire an IT Project Trainer. This role is part of a business wide systems upgrade and has a national remit, across all of the organisations branches! This is initially a 9 month contract until May 2019, paying ?19,000 to ?25,000 experience dependant + Company Car, looking to start immediately.

The Role

Reporting to the Systems Training Delivery Manager you will be an integral part of the company's system upgrade. With a variety of well known brands under the company name, you will be tasked with training and assisting with the system upgrade for their branches. This will consist of a 2 week training period for each branch where you will be delivering the system upgrade training.

Alongside the main remit of deliver of new system training to the branch network, you may also be involved in the design and update of any additional or outdated training materials, ensure all training complies with best practice!

The branches that you will work with are spread out across the UK, so this role will require you to be flexible to travel during the week with overnight stay. This could be up to 4 days away at any one time, in locations from Southampton to Scotland.

The Candidate

You will be confident, personable and keen to learn about training techniques for group training sessions as well as 1:1's.

Previous experience in an L&D role is not essential but would be advantageous, with an eagerness to perform and learn new skills.

You should enjoy presenting and building relationships with people and an aptitude for IT and systems being vital.

Previous involvement in IT training whilst extremely advantageous is not a necessity as there is a comprehensive 8 week training programme for successful applicants.
