A fantastic business going through rapid growth and working toward becoming a Times Top 100 employer are looking for a Interim Recruiter to support the Recruitment Manager with end to end recruitment of both high volume and niche hard to fill roles and to assist with projects work. You will be experienced in in-house recruitment or come from a fast paced client facing agency background and the full recruitment life-cycle with excellent at stakeholder management. The role is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing and large organisation with an established Recruitment function and for someone who really wants to make a difference and contribute to the high performance culture.

The Role

  • Engaging with senior stakeholder's to successfully deliver key resourcing initiatives, taking down job specs and writing engaging adverts to attract top candidates.
  • Building and developing talent pipelines, continuously sourcing exceptional candidates ready for the release of new roles
  • Sourcing and headhunting talent from across your region and nationally using a range of sourcing streams such as assessment centres, graduate fairs, Linkedin and job sites.
  • Using social media such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook to attract candidates and to build on the employee brand
  • Managing local search consultants and recruitment agencies.?
  • Conducting? telephone and face to face interview and designing & organising behavioural assessments
  • Acts as an internal consultant, advising on local resourcing matters and providing challenge and suggestions for improving resourcing effectiveness.
  • Review and development of existing recruitment and selection methods and bring in new ways of working
  • Ensures that recruitment channels promote diverse sourcing, selection processes are free of bias and that selection decisions are based upon objective assessment criteria
  • Management of dealing with third party suppliers (including day to day dealings with non PSL agencies)

The Person

Working in a true partnership model, you will develop relationships with your key stakeholder's across the organisation quickly throughout the UK. In the newly created role where you will be able to make your mark, you will have full management of your diary ensuring you are highly organised in order to deliver in the role. You will be expected to have an excellent understanding of the role and the wider business, the competitive environment and the resourcing strategy and have worked in a similar role previously. We are looking for someone to start asap!
