Interim HR Business Partner - Northamptonshire - Global Business - ?45,000 - ?55,000

Macildowie Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with an exciting global business in the recruitment of an interim HR Business Partner. The role comes at a time of exciting change and will initially join the business for an expected period of 6 months. The role will be offered on a rolling interim basis and will pay in the region of ?45,000-?55,000.

The Role
Reporting into the Head of HR, the HR Business Partner will enjoy a varied role where there will be a mix of strategic project facilitation and roll your sleeves up HR. Working as part of a collaborative team, the HR Business Partner will navigate the length, breadth and complexities of the organisation to effectively partner key stakeholders and ensure timely delivery on projects and BAU activities.

From an operational perspective, the HR Business Partner will be facilitating conversations with stakeholders around talent management and succession planning, carrying out engagement activities but will also be required to involve themselves in complex employee relations matters where appropriate. Given the nature and set up of the HR function, the HR Business Partner can expect to be removed from transactional recruitment activities but will be expected to coach managers on and facilitate behaviours to ensure best outcomes. The HR Business Partner can also expect to be a valued contributor in the L&D space - providing input on TNA, delivering proposals on interventions and providing coaching on an ongoing basis.

With regards to projects, the HR Business Partner will be a leader on specific change initiatives which will require the stakeholder to carry out more strategic aspects of change such as organisational design and mapping out new structures, but may also expect to be delivering training and carrying out consultations. There will be a significant HR team to work with and the HR Business Partner will likely own specific divisional or regional phases of any given project.

The Person
You'll be an experienced HR Business Partner with a track record of delivery. You will be accustomed to working in a fast paced, fluid environment and will have the aptitude to navigate the most complex of situations. Experience in change management is essential for this role.
