Are you a collaborative HR professional with experience of managing a HR Shared Services function? Macildowie HR are pleased to be partnering a global manufacturing business in their recruitment of a HR Shared Services Manager to join their HR Division. Based from Nottingham this is a permanent opportunity, that will provide the successful candidate with a fantastic opportunity to own an integral part of the HR function. We are looking for an experienced HR Shared Services Manager who will support in the creation of policies and processes and ultimately the successful adoption of these across the business. The HR Shared Services Manager will be responsible for managing a small team of HR Coordinators and HR Assistants whose role it is to support with multiple tasks as part of the employee life cycle. The HR Shared Services Manager will be an expert at stakeholder management, able to identify areas of improvement through their communications across the business, and design effective solutions to these to drive business performance. They will be an excellent coach and mentor to their team, encouraging of their skills and abilities.

The successful HR Shared Services Manager in this business is collaborative, business focused, innovative and able to partner their stakeholders to drive business performance. They will have previous experience of managing a shared services function and have a thorough knowledge of HR systems and the complimenting processes. They will work with autonomy in their role whilst ensuring excellent communication is maintained with their stakeholders and colleagues in HR.
