HR Services Team Leader - Northamptonshire - up to ?45,000


Macildowie Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an industry leading business in the Recruitment of a HR Services Team Leader that will offer development and progression opportunities. The role will be recruited on a permanent basis and will pay up to ?45,000 dependent on experience.

The Role
As the HR Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of HR Advisors and taking them through a developmental journey to enable them to offer a comprehensively efficient and effective advisory service to a large and diverse client group. With the team's day to day focus on management of ER cases you can expect to be managing escalated or complex cases personally while overseeing the correct management of the volume - this will include all management and reporting responsibility. You will coach and guide the HR Advisors to being experts in their field while reporting on team performance and impact to the business.

Alongside the management element of the role, you will act as tactical support to the HR Business Partners through a number of change and engagement initiatives. This part of the role is expected to grow and as the advisory team grows in capability the HR Services Team Leader will benefit a greater involvement in activities such as restructures, TUPE, engagement, communications and will be afforded the opportunity to progress into a Business Partner role.

The Person
Our client is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR generalist with experience managing and developing HR Advisors in a business environment not adverse to change. Experience with TUPE, restructures and general change is a must while CIPD qualifications are considered a nice to have. A background in large, fast paced organisations would certainly lend itself more kindly to joining this business and, as a result, candidates will need to demonstrate a background which favours recent experience in such an environment.
