HR Operations Manager - Northampton & Surrounding - c?50,000 - Permanent

Macildowie are delighted to be exclusively partnering a highly regarded business in the recruitment of an HR Operations Manager. The role will be recruited on a permanent basis, will require travel and will pay around the ?50,000 mark.

The Role
The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for the direct HR service offering to the business and its employees. Working as part of the HR team, and with line management responsibility, the HR Operations Manager will be the expert on all things HR and will be the point of contact for best practice on all things HR & training.

The postholder will manage a multitude of relationships with HR and non-HR colleagues to ensure that all people matters are managed efficiently and effectively. This will not only require the HR Operations Manager to take the lead on any complex employee relations matters but will also need a high level of coaching and training to be carried out. The HR Operations Manager will ensure that all employees are dealt with respectfully and drive behaviours conducive to high levels of employee engagement.

This role will be integral to any significant business change such as TUPE, organisational change or changes to terms and will also have a leading hand in reporting on employee relations matters such as performance, absence, succession planning and training success.

The Person
You'll be an HR Manager with your feet placed firmly in operations with an active preference for employee relations and change. You'll have strong attention to detail, be a strong relationship builder and have a coaching style.
