Senior HR Officer

Macildowie HR is working with a leading company in the professional services sector to source a Senior HR Officer on a 12 month FTC, with the potential to go permanent. With sites located across the UK, you will be responsible for c800 employees and will be flexible on travel. The Role
In this generalise HR role, you will report directly into the HR Manager along with 2 other Senior HR Officers and a further 2 Junior HR Officers as well as a HR admin team. The company likes to work on your strengths and will offer you the exposure you are looking for, as well as giving you the autonomy you need in areas you are competent.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an established HR Officer in a flourishing company and someone who wants to lead and support on key projects.

  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • CIPD qualified, level 5 minimum.
  • A proven track record of providing generalist HR support at all levels
  • Experience of operating in a unionised environment
  • A proven track record of managing employee relations
  • A sound knowledge of current and future employment law
  • Previous experience in professional services
  • Good IT literacy
  • Familiar with SAP

Package: c?35,000 / 12 month FTC / Full time
