Macildowie HR are pleased to be working with a leading business, based near to Nottingham City Centre, in their recruitment of a HR Manager. This is an interim position that is due to last between 6-9 months. Due to a period of change the business are looking to appoint an experienced HR generalist to support them through this transition. Offering a competitive salary ranging between £40-55,000 pa.

The HR Manager will be welcomed into a professional and engaging environment where their role will be to support with a range of activities relating to a change programme. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading on a restructure programme effecting key areas of the business. They will take the lead on supporting their stakeholders through designing and delivering selection processes as part of the consultation process. They will be a key person in the design of the department structures moving forward supporting with role profiling. They will support an experienced and knowledgeable stakeholder population, alongside offering consultative support to the wider HR team. Through hands on engagement the HR Manager will play an intrinsic role in supporting the business through this period of change, demonstrating both commercial acumen and best practice in their approach.

The successful HR Manager for this position will be an experienced HR professional who has previously worked in a similar, generalist role. They will ideally have experience of partnering through large scale transformation programmes effecting 100 heads +. Through a flexible and consultative approach they will be a crucial partner to the business. The HR Manager will possess a sound knowledge of policy and employment law but will advocate agility in their application of this. They will have a 'roll up their sleeves' attitude and be comfortable in guiding managers and employees through change. Communication is essential in this role both on a one to one basis, and for the business as a whole.
