Macildowie HR are working with an excellent leading retail business in Rugby are looking for a Graduate HR / Payroll Administrator to join their team on their graduate entry level scheme. Excellent opportunity for an HR/ Payroll graduate to get straight into a career within a progression and opportunity filled business. Looking to pay between ?18,000 - ?22,000 dependant on experience.

This opportunity will offer the chance to really learn the foundations of HR and Payroll within an instantly recognisable, global brand. They are looking for someone with the hunger and drive to build a career with them, with the chance to train and move around within the business.

Graduate HR / Payroll Opportunity:
As the Graduate HR / Payroll Administrator you will initially gain excellent experience in all areas of Payroll and Administration, working closely with the HR and Payroll team to manage the administrative foundations of the payroll process and get involved with answering queries from internal stake holders.

After the first few months you will really start to gain exposure to all levels of HR including ER, reward and training. Reporting into and occasionally shadowing the HR / Payroll Manager, you will have the opportunity to choose to focus on either HR or Payroll as your career there progresses.


The Graduate:
You will have a strong knowledge of numbers, equations and a very high attention to detail. You will not only have the drive to build a career, but the patience to work your way up.
An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must and any experience in HR and/or Payroll is a plus.

There is absolutely the view to develop this graduate, not only into the HR and Payroll Officer position but across the business, departments and into a senior position.
