Macildowie HR is delighted to be working in partnership with a global brand in recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join their site in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand on their HR Knowledge and be involved in a fully generalist position. The role is a 9 month fixed term contract paying up to ?26,000 + a 6 month retention bonus.


The Role
You will be supporting the HR Manager on a range of HR generalist queries. This will include:
- Managing HR processes by liaising with line managers and upskilling
- Assisting on large recruitment campaigns, organising and booking interviews for managers
- Ensure that the HR database is up to date and all trackers are accurate
- Providing first line HR and ER support across the organisation
- Assist with ER issues including disciplinary and grievances, providing invite and outcome letters
- Build key relationships with stakeholders in order to provide HR Administration support across all levels
- Updating the system with the new starters and leavers, managing holiday records, inputting sickness and absence
- Ensuring HR policies and practices are adhered to across all sites
- Using your initiative to create new ideas of how HR can sustain a high performing team

There will be the opportunity to get involved in various projects, working alongside the HR Advisor. This is a brilliant role if you are looking to develop and expand on your HR knowledge with the opportunity to progress into more of an advisory role in the future.


The Candidate
For this role you will need to be extremely driven and have a firm interest in wanting to develop a career in HR. Ideally previous HR administration experience would be advantageous and a CIPD/HR qualification would be encouraged. You will have previous experience using a HR System and have strong numeracy and analytical skills. You must be a good communicator in order to interact with people at all levels.
