Macildowie HR are working exclusively with a large and very successful business in North Leicestershire as they are looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team. This is a permanent position offering a salary between ?21,000-?24,000, dependent on experience, and a range of other great benefits!

The Role

In this role you will be responsible for the recruitment administration for various teams including preparation of adverts, updating the internal recruitment and tracking system and arranging interviews

You will also maintain relationships with recruitment partners and respond to recruitment queries from applicants, internal and external, whilst carrying out pre and post-employment checks for employees

Production of contracts and changes to terms and conditions letters as well as maintaining accurate HR records using iTrent and managing and co-ordinating the company recognition scheme at group level

The Long Service Award process will fall within your remit, as will contributing to and supporting with HR projects as directed: such as annual Salary review letters, Bonus letters and Total Reward Statement distribution

You will ge the opportunity to work alongside the Talent team and support with their projects across the business as well as supporting the HR Advisors occassionally with their ER caseloads.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a similar HR role as well as an understanding of core HR legislation and processes
  • Computer literate in Word, PowerPoint, Personnel Database & Excel
  • High level of attention to detail and proven ability to plan, organise & prioritise workloads
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements at short notice
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, self-motivated and able to multi-task!
  • Must be able to handle sensitive information and understand the need for confidentiality whilst being a team player and be supportive of colleagues
