Macildowie are delighted to be working in partnership with a global brand in recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join their site in the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand on their HR Knowledge and be involved in a fully generalist position. The role is a permanent position paying up to ?25,000. There will be frequent travel involved with the role in which you will have access to a company pool car.


The Role

You will be supporting the HR Director on a range of HR generalist queries. This will include:

  • Managing HR processes by liaising with line managers and upskilling
  • Providing reports on HR metrics and analytics in order to support the HRD with decision making
  • Ensure that the HR database is up to date and all trackers are accurate
  • Support the HRD with audits of the HR data and employee files
  • Build key relationships with stakeholders in order to provide HR Administration support across all levels
  • Support with recruitment, performance management and ER cases
  • Ensuring HR policies and practices are adhered to across all sites
  • Using your initiative to create new ideas of how HR can sustain a high performing team

There will be the opportunity to get involved in various projects, working alongside the HRBP and HRD. This is a brilliant role if you are looking to develop and expand on your HR knowledge with the opportunity to progress into more of an advisory role in the future.

The Candidate
For this role you will need to be extremely driven and have a firm interest in wanting to develop a career in HR. Ideally previous HR administration experience would be advantageous and a CIPD/HR qualification would be encouraged. You will have previous experience using a HR System and have strong numeracy and analytical skills. You must be a good communicator in order to interact with people at all levels. This role will involve travel so driving license is required and you must be prepared to be flexible with working hours due to travel.
