A leading organisation based in Leicestershire are looking for an interim HR Change Manager or HR Business Partner - Change & Transformation to join their newly restructured team to support on various projects including transformation, change and engagement being a key part in the project team. We are looking for someone with experience in each of these areas to come in and hit the ground running and deliver various projects effectively in order to support the overall business strategy. This is a brand new role initially for 9-12 months based in Leicestershire and paying ?45,000 - ?60,000 FTE depending on experience.

Reporting into the HR Director, part of the senior Operations team at Head Office and linking with the HR team you will focus on transformation, change and engagement, playing a key part in the project team. Key areas will focus on restructures, organisational redesign, redundancies, restructures and site openings and closures as well as linking with engagement, talent & succession planning and the Head of Learning & Development ensuring managers are equipped with the right tools and behaviours. This role will look at the people aspects of change and transformation, looking at the overall People Plans linking with the overall business strategy so we are looking for a fantastic communicator and relationship builder in order to bring senior leaders on the exciting journey!

We are looking for someone with proven experience in transformation, change and engagement in a commercial setting. You will either come from a Change Manager role or a HR Business Partner having led projects in this area. Influencing through credibility and navigating a complex organisation with finesse are critical in leading these projects. The style needed to be successful in the role is adaptable, able to cut through and action orientated. The wider HR team enjoy working collaboratively with a leader whose preference is to empower, coach and give autonomy.
