HR Change Manager - Northampton - ?45,000-?60,000

Macildowie HR are partnering a centrally located organisation in Northampton to source a Change Manager to join their HR team to work across all support functions and closely with the Executive Board. This role is a mix between a HR, communications, L&D and relationship management, and will work with key functions to ensure the business is ready for change. This is a varied role that will closely work with the Chief Exec and one other non-HR senior. The role is based in Northampton, will pay somewhere between ?45,000 and ?60,000, and the client is open to interim or permanent candidates

The Role
The HR Change Manager will provide a consistent approach to Change Management through planning and coordinating activities to ensure that change programmes are successfully embedded into the business. As an excellent relationship builder you will work with key stakeholders across the business as well as the HR team to ensure that all business areas are ready for change and understand the impact and are engaged in order to bring them along the exciting journey. Working closely with the HR, communications and L&D teams you will ensure that projects teams are set to support you to ensure change and activities are embedded into the entire organisation at the right time.

The HR Change Manager will be expected to complete detailed change impact assessments and understand the readiness of the impacted functions in order to effectively plan the most appropriate Change Management activities. You will produce regular reviews across Projects and Workstreams focused on how change is managed, and recommended improvement actions where required.

Throughout the ongoing change, this person will also act as coach and strategic advisor to the exec team as they look to fundamentally shift the mindsets and thought processes of the organisation.


The Person
We are looking for a pragmatic, organised and confident Change Specialist who has come from a role within any of the following: Change Management, HR, L&D, OD or Engagement. You have experience in managing change through people either leading or supporting. You will be a fantastic communicator and able to think on your toes to build excellent relationships quickly and be credible in front of a range of stakeholders. You will be able to juggle multiple tasks and roll your sleeves up to support on a range of activities.
