HR Change Manager - Fixed Term - Northamptonshire - up to ?50,000

Macildowie Recruitment is pleased to be working with a marketing leading organisation on the recruitment of an HR Change Manager vacancy. The role will be recruited on a fixed term basis, pay up to ?50,000 and will start in the near future.

The Role
The HR Change Manager will work closely with the project lead to identify appropriate interventions and engage the business to agree defined phases of implementation. The role will be focused on gearing the business for change and establishing change champions to ensure consistency in approach and expectation on the path from current business state to end goal. As often goes with the territory of the change it is expected that the postholder will need assess organisational structures and map out the transition that these structures and employee responsibilities will go through.

The HR Change Manager will facilitate change workshops for managers to ensure colleagues are taken through the process effectively and are informed throughout. There will be a significant focus on workshop facilitation for both instructional learning but also coaching sessions and project steering groups.

The postholder will at regular intervals provide reports on the progress of the project and continually assess business risk, acting as escalation point for any people matters.

The Person
Our client is looking for an HR Manager with a background in change management, strong project and stakeholder management skills. You will need to have strong organisational and communication skills, be comfortable challenging but be approachable. Experience in larger organisations alongside other HR colleagues would be suited.
