HR Business Partner - Northamptonshire - up to ?60,000
Macildowie Recruitment is pleased to be working on an HR Business Partner role for a market leading organisation. The role will be recruited on a permanent basis and will pay up to ?60,000.
The Role The HR Business Partner will support a diverse client group within the business to drive through a variety of change initiatives, aligned to the wider business objectives. The role will require some strategic and tactical planning but will also require hands on application. You will work with a variety of stakeholders to engage the business and will support a number of ongoing improvement initiatives from both and HR and operational business perspectives.
The HR Business Partner will be tasked with assessing organisational effectiveness and tailoring solutions to create improvements in operational effectiveness. This will involve developing leadership capability through coaching and create bespoke training, identifying talent and looking at succession planning, and restructuring or redeploying where required.
The HR Business Partner will work with an array of functions including finance, operations, sales and marketing and will enjoy a role which will have a broader level of business exposure than most as the HR project specialist.
The Person You will have experience in leading on significant HR projects, will have strong stakeholder management skills and will be fully conversant, and an advocate of, continuous improvement. You will ideally be CIPD qualified or at least degree qualified, have experience in large and/or complex organisations and will have strong project experience.
