Macildowie HR is pleased to be working with a expanding organisation, based in Staffordshire, who are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join them in a permanent role. This a fantastic time to be joining a commercially dynamic business in a role that will require active engagement with a senior team of stakeholders. This is a regional role, which will involve regular travel, across multiple sites in the UK. The HR Business Partner will report directly to the Head of HR and will have a reporting line of one into them.

The Role:

The HR Business Partner will be responsible to delivering a successful implementation of the HR strategy into their business unit. Through a active and compelling communication strategy they will build robust relationships with their stakeholders, and have the confidence to challenge and coach where required. This is a generalist role that will not only see the HR Business Partner support with the day to day operational strategy but they will also take responsibility for a number of projects relating to: OD, talent and succession planning, performance management and employee engagement.

The Successful Person:

This role requires someone with strong credentials as a HR generalist. It is varied role that will give the successful person a wealth of exposure within all areas of HR, both operationally and in strategic delivery. The successful HR Business Partner will be able to demonstrate a pro-active approach to working, with a clear and concise method of communication that is able to translate the HR plan in a meaningful way to the wider business. They will possess a strong commercial acumen and be able to mitigate risks from the business as required. Previous experience of managing or mentoring a small team would be desired for this role.
