Macildowie HR are working with a leading business based in the Leicestershire to source a HR Business Partner to join at an exciting time! With a strong track record over recent years, you will be working with an inspirational and commercial HR Director and wider HR team in delivering their people agenda for their biggest division. We are looking for someone who wants to push for the next step, a driven, self motivated and empowered HR professional who is looking for a challenging but rewarding role! This HR Business Partner role is based in Leicestershire with some national travel and paying ?40,000 - ?45,000 + Car/Car Allowance + 15% Bonus + excellent benefits.

Reporting into a Senior HR Business Partner (with a dotted line into the HR Director), you will work with the management team and senior stakeholders to add commercial value throughout your divisional employee population of 1,500, whilst linking with other HR Business Partners aligned to their divisions.

In this role, no day will be the same! You will cover the depth and breadth of HR, working on projects such as talent and succession, change management, performance management, resourcing, learning & development and policy and process improvements with a chance to add value in all areas of strategic and operational HR. This is a strategic role as well as providing hands on practical, commercial HR advice to a range of senior stakeholders throughout the business. You will work with managers on advising on complex ER cases, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and effectively. This role will give you a fantastic opportunity to broaden your HR knowledge as you will get involved in aspects of HR.

We are looking for someone who wants to push for the next step, a driven, self motivated and empowered HR professional who is looking for a challenging role! You will have some change management experience to actively challenge and influence senior stakeholders across your business area in order to drive the change agenda. You will be a fantastic communicator in order to build strong relationships with stakeholders and line managers, pushing back and upskilling to enable you to push forward strategically. Some experience in dealing with trade unions would be desirable and travel will be required for this role.
