With extensive experience of generalist HR Business Partnering, within a related industry sector, you are ready to develop your career within a business that will encourage your insight and input, welcome your ideas and develop you to the next level of your career. Our client is looking to appoint a HR Business Partner who will work across two key locations advising and supporting the Business Leaders and Managers in their strategic and tactical people issues, they will support in areas such as; strategic work force planning, driving adoption for the HR Operating Model, translating People Strategy into annual HR year plans. This role has a strong employee relations focus and previous trade union experience is essential.

As the HR Business Partner you will work across two sites and provide high level hands on HR support. You will be responsible for setting the HR priorities within the Management Agenda's for the Business Unit, whilst working within the framework of specific business plans and company wide Global Centre of Excellence HR programs. You will be implementing and leading initiatives to enhance joint confidence and increased employee engagement, improving leadership effectiveness and increase productivity and be the Champion of the HR Service Delivery Model within the Business Unit. The role requires 2 days in Stowmarket and 3 days in Slough.

Degree qualified in Human Resources and/or CIPD qualified or equivalent experience. You will have worked within two or more different industries and functional areas of expertise. You will also have project experience and have led at least one major project across two or more business units or functions i.e. change management, labour unions, business models or HR tools. You will have a passion for driving results and building strong relationships, be self -aware, be able to manage ambiguity and have a strong customer focus.
